As for the Holiday Inn sauna, at 900RMB, it is a rip-off for laowais who stay there and do not know where else to go (and God knows there are choices in Zhuhai...). I would not recommend it to anyone.
In town (Gongbei), I would recommend the sauna at Chang An Good World Hotel. At 388RMB (inc. xiao fei), it is probably the best value in town. Their set up is quite nice and convenient. You (and the girl) can shower in the room and the services provided are quite varied.
