For the PRC FLs, the duration of one session is only about 20-30 minutes. So many of them just stack up/ queue up couple of costumers at a time. Time is hardly managed in this way.
This is particularly serious when the FL is located in the HDB flat, when the costumers need to find the correct block number. In such case, the next costumer would have to delayed for another 15 minutes.
