Ha. Yes I was speaking Russian. No, really, I spoke a mix of Vietnamese and sign language. They totally understood. Even though the end result was that I had to pay, I could see the girls were not really siding with this girl.
Very nicely handled, your situation. Yes there are certain cafes where some girls do that butterfly thing. They see you come in and immediately sit with you, giving the impression they will be with you, but in reality they really had another customer already, and so they soon go back to him, but then later come back to you, then him again, and so on. It seems like other places do not do that, or not that I've noticed. And maybe it is just certain girls who do it, namely popular ones. I once had a truly excruciating experience with that kind of situation. I came in to see the girl I came there to meet, but saw she was with another customer already. I hesitated not sure what to do, but then thought I would just leave and return later, but she jumped up and grabbed me and said she would finish with that guy in 5 minutes. OK. I sat down. About 15 minutes later she did come over. The other guy did not leave though. She stayed with me about 15 minutes, then sure enough got up and disappeared, and returned to the other guy. It went back and forth like this for over an hour, and I kept hanging on cuz I really wanted some good quality time, and you just don't get good quality time when she keeps getting up every 10 or 15 minutes. We did this for over 2 hours, if you can believe it, and that guy was STILL there playing girl ping-pong with me. This was the same girl I told you about long ago, the one who really pissed me off (that same day in fact).
So yeah that is another really annoying thing in these places, there are certain guys who just linger forever, basically dominating a girl for an hour plus, long after they have had their thrills. I don't see the point of that. If a girl you wanna sit with is over there with that lingerer guy (a girl you haven't sat with yet but have your eye on), you are forced to sit there and wait and wait and wait for the guy to finally leave, but of course often he just stays on longer than any reasonable person would ever wait.
