Bro. Peril is standard feature that comes with motorbike ownership in HCMC. Literally every single one of my local colleagues in HCMC with motorbike have gotten into at least one accident in their lifetime. Severity varies but luckily none of them fatal.
Life's cheap here. If you're behind taxi enough, you'll notice how little regard they have for motorbike. In all, people here don't seem to understand or fear traffic law...it's taxi or uber for me all the way
