HCM city area is not that big unless u thinking of travelling to outskirts, so u do not really need so-called "nearby" or "around" that area since most of D1, D3, D5 are all easily accessible by taxi for short distances, just do a search in the HCM thread for those well-known tourist massage places like Dainam
