I guess the 4k price you cite was for Long Time. It tend to be the norm in RB bars and other Jap-oriented bars, it's still possible to get 3K in other Gogos (at least it was possible untill my last visit in June) (also read reports in other forums of farang paying 3k lt in RB4, but I am a bit doubtful).
Never pay upfront, in particular for LT! If the girl asks you to pay upfront, it often means:
- the girl delivers very poor service and had problems with unsatisfied customers,
- the girl makes you pay for LT and intends to go home after 1 hour or 1 shot (my sister has no key room, I must go)- most frequent case
- or even worst, she has her periods
