If you want somewhere physical to see, it's the G-land. Most of the others operate through the internet where it's more evasive for the law to catch up.

Well, to answer your question...Singapore red district has just recently reopen in late Jun this year. I reckon only 60% of the shop is open currently and limited stock is available for each house.
Beside geylang, U can try petain for older woman(Malaysian). Or some pub in Joo Chiat for Vietnamese gal. And some massage parlour for Filipino/Viet gal(Orchard tower...slighty expensive)
