next time u go for your dental cleaning, ask dental assistant or dentist if they have extra dental dam to spare....

I heard u can use just the clear food cover wraps as an alternative.

Dental dams are sold at those adult toys shops. But very expensive about $10 each piece. Cheap and good substitute, GLAD Cling Wrap available at all supermarkets. Leftovers can use to wrap your sandwiches.
