quite safe lar. The only danger of getting infected is via cuts/sores/abrasions, or through the urethra opening ( ie, your dick hole ) which is membrous. The other parts of your dick and balls are just solid skin, impervious to HIV unless there is a cut or sore or some kind of break in the skin. I can imagine you might have some abrasions if you scratch your balls alot, but besides that, I think normally u won't have breaks in your balls skin.

You run the biggest risk of being infected with Herpes and Warts as these infections are transmitted via skin to skin contact via areas not covered by a condom.
