Sex before IPPT = Pass
 

Just took my IPPT on Thursday at Khatib camp. Haven't pass IPPT for since ORD. So i am a regular visitor at Khatib camp every year.(2 months RT every year.) :(

So on that day, feeling rather down as i know i am going to prepare to book RT a few months later, i left office earlier around 1pm when IPPT start around 5pm. Meet up with one of my ex for lunch as she is staying in Khatib. 1 thing lead to another, i was up at her place for "warm up exercise".

After "warm up", i was feeling so refresh and proceed to Khatib camp. Passed all the static stations without losing a sweat.(as always) Awaits me was left with i believe is also a killer to most bros too. 2.4KM RUN.

I believe all bros here have heard "avoid sex the day or two before IPPT" as its drain u of your energy. I knew i was going to fail but i give it all i got as to track my timing. (see whether i able to break my best timing 14min since ORD. LOL)

After 1st lap, not bad. timing still on track for passing.
2nd lap,3rd lap. Hmmm. Still feeling refresh and energize like a energizer bunny.
4th & 5th laps passed. I feel like i have taken steriod. Normally by now i would be a puntured tyre.

Passed the timing with 20 sec to spare. "Who the hell say NO SEX before IPPT?!?!?!" :mad:
Went back to my ex place for "cool down exercise".

Tried once before a quickie at GL before RT….. Shack like hell….. So dare not have sex before RT/ IPPT again

But sure go GL for a quickie every time I pass my IPPT….. Have been doing so for the past 3 years liaozzzzzz…. Hehehehehehe……….:D

1 form of celebration (free from the wrath of RT for 1 year) and spend the hard earned $100 incentive from SAF……

for me, my 2.4km run, i alway think of i can have sex after this and it speed up my timing. Try it, it work.

Did tried sex before doing some sport, energy level and form drop at least 50%...:(
Having a bar of chocolate will certainly your energy level... :D

Sex before or after sports is subjective. It can work for some or it can make so weak in the process! ;)

For me its a definite "NO" for sex before IPPT, confirm get wobbly legs even before the 2.4km run ... But sex after IPPT is definitely a "YES" :D

Congratulations on passing your IPPT. I admire your strength, got before - warm up exercise and warm down exercise.

For me, if got warm up exercise. CONFIRM FAIL. Usually I prefer warm down exercise. However, next day sure wobbly legs.

i had done my due n service for the nation liao.
SEX b4 IPPT, definitely a NO for me....will have wobbly legs just like what bro jptt said.

actually, it is all depends on individual body, for some it is alright...just like some of those top athletics in the world....before the final of any big event, they will have it to relax their mind.
same also like to have a puff b4 the 2.4km run, i have a few army's buddies, b4 the run, they will have a puff....And all of them not oni passed, also got the rewards...

Bro.

I think I too cant make it before.

But I was a peremmial failure until I tried this..may be work for you guys. If can train, just try to train to do 1 km below 5 min.

I tried this. Run like mad for 1st 1 km..then jog rest of the way = pass.

for me no diff leh....sex or no sex b4 ippt doesnt make a diff....just one month ago on the morning of my 10km mizuno run i had the "warm-up" at 5am before leaving for the run at 6am still okay.....maybe becoz i young man..10 yrs down e road maybe will end up panting if got "warm-up" before ippt...:D
