There is no harm to say u are first time. She probably will be more open to your request or even open up your mind. Unless the FL is also first time, which will be awkward, otherwise an experience FL can profile u immed.

Once u broke the ice that u are first time, it will be less awkward. At least she can guide u and u won’t freeze on the spot.
