Advice on where to go
I haven't been sexually active for 6 months and have gotten HIV tests done regularly due to participating in some medical researches. While HIV is clear, I've been told there are traces of white blood cells and protein in my urine. Should I proceed to DSC for a full medical check or should I go to other clinics that checks for other conditions, as it may be kidney stones? Also, is it possible to opt out of HIV screening at DSC or is it always within the package?

Re: Advice on where to go
if your worry is about your leukocytes issue.. then visiting a GP will do.. there is no need to visit DSC...
there are various reasons for white blood cells to be present in urine and you are right that kidney issue is one of the reason.. UTI, prostate and bladder issues etc could also cause leukocytes in urine... Go visit a GP and do a health screening test.. Quote:

but would you recommend that I go DSC just for a peace of mind, since I haven't gotten checked after my last sexual encounter? No sores or pain whatsoever though. or would the GP be able to detect any STD related anomalies as well? |
Re: Advice on where to go
