How to hire girls to start agency?
 

OK I actually don't want to start an FL agency, but I am thinking of starting a camgirl agency.

It's been a long time since I went for a local FL. From what I remembered, the girls said they heard from their friends some FB contact to reach out to if they need money. But that is quite vague.

I saw some local OKTs saying that they're hiring. I wonder how many girls will reach out to do that.

I haven't even said my plan yet.

My plan is to do everything legally. I will incorporate a company, hire the girls as contracted performers, rent some rooms, provide HD camera. I will process payments from the cam sites through bitcoin and convert to SGD.

If you already have a plan or even planned out carefully, why come here in the first place? If such agency is so easily started many would have done so.
