Wow... a lot of factors to consider, the person is it friendly gesture or it's a special treatment to the particular guy only? Frequent?

I don't think so. It is a normal gesture. I have female colleagues buying me food or tidbits all the time.

I had many ladies buying me breakfast before-including some married ones.
Girls like to give things to people they find cute, adorable, can get along with and can chit chat with.
It means they get along well with you and consider you as a friend and may and may not mean anything more.
just enjoy the free food and friendship and do not expect anything and things will be fine
