Is 30yos woman more difficult to chase than gals in their 20s?
 

Given that they cannot afford to have a fail r/s as they have limited time, unlike gals in their 20s who can have a few failed r/s, they tend to be more cautious in choosing their partner.

Is it true?

It depends,, women in 30s have different perspectives compare to 20s,,
20s looking for boyfriend material,,,,
30s need husband material,,,
Mentality will also gets more mature as we age,,
TS perhaps is some young teens,, still idolizing Korean stars,,,
Probably takes you another decade to understand the different between a dreamy life and a real life,,,

30yos women should be easier to chase la, less fit and cannot run as fast as 20yos

Some women in 30s that is desperate to find a man then is easy to chase.

Some women in 30s that been through betrayal/broken r/s is more cautious, if they are financially independent will increase the difficulty. It depends who you meet in life. Never say never. :)

I personally find that women in their 30s or maybe 40s very demanding. Example partners must have the same taste like them such as golfing, diving, fine dining, fine wine etc etc but the truth is, they are near to expiry date. I felt that sometimes they have to look at themselves before asking for that much.

I would say those in their early 30s are still choosy and some may still wanna have fun. Once they hit 34 and do have plans for kids, there will be a sense of urgency to find someone to settle down. Once they have hit their late 30s or early 40s, they are more open to accept older men.

Base on my personal observations & no offends to the sisters here, many women I came across do not understand that men age slower than them and their child bearing years are limited

A man in the 40s can still have the choice to marry a woman in the 20s/30s but its relatively harder for women to do so.

My 2cents, ladies in their mid to late 30s are easier to go after if they have intention of settling down.

I find the demanding part very true for non local women especially those who has alot of opinions about things in life.

and also.. their personality... some are just selfish pricks.. that's why still unmarried at that age..
