u want to have gao gao cum them u scarf down 6 egg whites (half boiled) everyday. Spilt them in the morning & night. I have 8 a day. I buy mine from an egg supplier at Jln Kayu. Dun try those from the supermarkets. The fresher the eggs the more better.

Of course, hydrate yourself daily, evening on cold days like this. At least 1.5l of plain water a day. It helps to thin the viscosity that comes with the eggs.
