recently , due to work stress , i keep eating and munching non stop .

however , the issue is , when i go find my fb , i notice i cannot erect also .

no matter how hard she tried to blow for me , i cant "stand" ....

You probably may need to do the following :

1) change to a less stressful job .
2) change your lanjiao
3) change your fb
4) don't watch too much porn
5) don't pcc too much.

If you try all the above still cannot erect suggest you consult a doctor.

Definitely has to execerise more. I had this problem a while ago but met my now fb.

She encouraged me to execerise n Pcc less. And result is awesome. Managed 2 shots both meetup.

And on mentality, it's good to be honest and you won't stress yourself during the act.

You can consider switch to munching cashew or almond nuts. Most important is to excerise regularly like running. It help blood circulation :D
