Depends on where you are bro.
If Edinburgh and new to scene, recommend you try the multiple Saunas. There is one in Blair St., super close to city center.

Edinburgh has great saunas - famous ones are London Street Sauna and Blair Street Saunas. Not so sure about the sauna scene in Glasgow.

Escort-scotland has a great list of independent escort but mostly Eastern Europeans and some Scottish and even Asians. But most of them are incalls and one will need to know how to get about the city. Prices are less than 100 GBP for 30 mins (which is probably enough for a quick fuck and run).

Northern Angels has some escorts that will do outcalls to your hotel but usually minimum 1 hour and about 200 GBP+ the number of escorts in Scotland are limited and they do tours around the country.
