Hi people. I am in need of some advice and mental preparation here. I parked my car in a car park of a park which is pretty secluded.. we were making out in the back seat when a car approached us.. we didn't notice immediately until it was right in front of us facing us with headlights flooding into the car. 2 police officers came out and asked for our IC which I cooperated. One was recording down our particulars while the other checked my car for drugs. He asks what we doing here n say need to do checks because alot of drugs deal taking place there..

Am I going to be charged? If so how badly? Not sure if the patrol cars camera caught anything too..

As long as you're not caught red handed, there's no crime. As what the officer said, they're looking for drug deals so no, u wont be charged. That'd be the last u saw of them. No worries, sleep in peace.

If the Police going to charge you...will have asked you to go Police Station and charge you that night...checking your NRIC is just a SOP...:)

You just have to pray nothing happened that night at that park...otherwise sure the Police will invite you down for discussion...:)

Actually doing a sex act in public is an offence. Some years ago I picked up a young couple opposite Orchard Towers. I think they just finish clubbing and stop my cab as I was coming out from Orchard hotel. After boarding they cannot tell me their destination and the guy told me to drive anywhere and just keep going. No destination how to drive? I look at them in the rear mirror and observed both of them quite high already and touchy freely with each other. Slowly I drove along Orchard road - Cairnhill road - Stevens road and observing them in the rear. Then I realized the girl was giving blowjob to the guy and he was fingering under her skirt. I recall there was a roadblock along Orange Grove road earlier so from Stevens road I drove towards Orange Grove road. Heng ah, as I passed Shangrila hotel I saw that the roadblock was still there and I stopped my taxi next to the police officer. The couple behind were so engrossed enjoying themselves that they did not realize I had stopped at a police roadblock until the policeman shone his torchlight into the rear seat at them. Caught redhanded in the act giving blowjob and some more the girl panty had been removed too. I think they were going to fuck if I had not stop them at the roadblock.

It was a bit inconvenience for me as I had to go down to Tanglin Police Station to give interview and statement. A few months later I received a letter from them informing me that the couple have been charged and had pleaded guilty.
