Worried About Ur Escapade?!

Now, this is for those who are worrying AFTER their encounter with a "lady of the night".

This post is relevant only to those who have PROTECTED SEX, otherwise known as SAFER SEX with the sex worker. This means that you USED a CONDOM for penetrative intercourse. It DOES NOT matter whether it was in a TN, HC, or HSE along Geylang. If you fulfill the protected sex condition, this applies to ALL OF YOU!

Scenario: Condom Used With Baby Lotion / Massage Oil? (Most common in TN and HC)

According to Robert Frascino, M.D. the most sought after HIV Specialist at TheBody.com:

"Oil-based lubricants can weaken latex condoms, but if your buddys raincoat didnt break, you are at no increased risk. Oil doesnt render a condom ineffective. It just can weaken it, increasing the likelihood it will break. Hope that helps. Dont forget to stock up on some water-based lube!" Source: http://www.thebody.com/Forums/AIDS/S...l/Q174727.html

Scenario: Condom Used But Worried Of Breakage And/Or Leakage?

According to Robert Frascino, M.D. the most sought after HIV Specialist at TheBody.com:

"Is a condom break obvious? Let's put it this way: the chances of your not noticing a condom popped are similar to those of your going to an airport Starbucks and finding someone behind the espresso machine who isn't "in training". In other words, yes, it's as obvious as a balloon popping." Source: http://www.thebody.com/Forums/AIDS/S...l/Q153625.html

Scenario: If Above Is True, Does Using Condom Means I Do Not Need To Get Tested For HIV?

According to Robert Frascino, M.D. the most sought after HIV Specialist at TheBody.com:

""Protected" sex is indeed protected if the latex condom was used properly and did not fail. That's why we call it "protected," right? HIV cannot permeate intact latex. No way! No how!"

"Should you be tested? The primary reason for you to be tested would be to calm your unwarranted worries! I do not feel it is warranted or necessary from an HIV-diagnostic standpoint. However, testing may well be the most effective and efficient way for you to once and for all put your fears to rest."

I disagree about condom breaks being obvious.
I once had protected sex with a gf and didn't notice anything different.
However, after I had ejaculated and withdrew my penis... I noticed it was not holding any semen!
I checked the condom and it was broken. Of course, it broke during sex. A broken one before you even put it on will be obvious.
Anyhow she needed to go on the emergency pill.

I'm more worried about the thing slipping off than breakage. Happened a few times already, especially when i use spoon position.

Agree man. Slip off cannot use again (tried putting it on again once, not @#$% possible). Then may not have extra raincoat to continue the session.

Dear All,

You are good boys - safer sex studs who practise safer sex to enjoy the best possibilities of sexual quality either with FL or GFs.

Here is something for those who still think doing it RAW is best!

Think again!

Hey AfA_hmor,

Glad that you approved of my posting. I get it when you say those who don't worry that much is the real worrisome bunch!

We Worried wells should turn our worries in, and exchange it for spreading the salvation of using a condom. Why risk, when one can enjoy sex to the fullest? :o

Abstinence only is the worst way for sex education. Better teach them how to be safe than sorry!

BTW may I know who's the one who upped me without leaving your nick? I want to return the favour...it's good to not be moderated anymore! :p

I recently got zapped by a Bro who left the following comment without leaving his nick:

Quote:

cannot zap you in your "worried about your xx" thread. so zap you here, for your information condom leakage can go undetected, did you read the article before you post?
To answer your (you know who you are!) query: Yes, I did my research prior to committing all my Safer Sex postings. For your information, I have included links to established websites that reaffirms my point in this thread.

Condom leakage may not be obvious during the heat of things. However one way or the other, you would be able to know about it:

a) Either when your partner feels your load shooting inside her

b) When you are about to remove your condom after ejaculation and discovered that it is empty,

c) You discover a hole in the condom during removal.

Therefore condom leakage is a very obvious matter. Either your load is in there or it's not. Similarly, condom slippage is a matter of whether it’s on your penis, or its not!

However, no matter which way you discover a leakage, if the condom leaked, its integrity had been compromised.

Your risk of contracting HIV is similar to that of having an episode of unprotected sex. Testing at the 3rd month is warranted.

I'm more concerned about the proper understanding of safer sex practices than my reputation points. If you have further questions regarding Safer Sex practices, please post it in the forum or PM me, or contact AfA helpline.

Your didi too small or the cd too big. Find out the cause and choose a cd of the right size. Alternatively, use a rubber band to tight the open end of the cd after u put on. :)
