Natural AA boobs or Well done fake C/D boobs?
 

I know there are other polls about boobs but this is about two extremes : one very flat AA @@ vs enhanced C/D cup that is tastefully done and not fake looking.

If everything else is equal, which one would you pick?

Girlfriend is thinking of going for boob job...
