there is is river valley road. there is a TN on the second floor. near the 7-11 at the empire hotel buss stop. the rest are clean.
or you can goto clark quey. alot of shops there.. i think there is a thread on this also.

went to 2 liao but clean one ... but 2nd one managed to get her to ppc for me lol and no charge and 2 shots somemore lol ..... from wat i see these are old shops reopening still got one jsut reopen still no girls i check again let u all know lol
