With all the war raging on on TCSS in SBF let me do a poll to see what is everybody's view on this hot topic.
Maybe Boss Sam can see the results as a gauge and tighten/loosen TCSS control.

TCSS is good when there is little bit of it. Lightens things up.

But the saying goes, too much of a good thing will become bad too

TCSS is bad .. wast time waste bandwith ... but I like it!

Similarly, commercial sex / kio kway is bad .. waste time waste $ .. but I also like it!

The occasional fun remark will liven things up. Otherwise it will be like reading a tech report - full of useful info but boring to digest. Perhaps about 10%-20% tcss content in a thread is a good balance. Threads that are created for tcss are alright (except that it eats up bandwidth) - threads being hijacked for tcss is not alright. That is when looking for info becomes tiring.
