Any bro do sell ? Need it badly having endless insomnia

Re: Sleeping pill
Sleeping pills are controlled substances in almost all countries. If you have a legitimate insomnia issue; consult a doctor and he/she should have no problem prescribing some for you.
By the way, to make this sex related; I have personally found that sleeping pills completely kill the sex experience. Do not take sleeping pills at least 24 hours before sex. I have experienced both PE and ED problems doing so.  |

Re: Sleeping pill
There are few types of Insomnia.
Problem getting to sleep. Problem maintaining sleep. Problem getting quality sleep, eg affected by dreams. I have all 3, good times :( Determine your type of insomnia to get the best fit of pills. For over the counter sleeping pills, try melatonin. For GPs, the strongest they can give you is Benzodiazepam, if they carry it. Max at 10 pills I think. For strong stuff, you need to get from specialists or have prescription from specialists. Or go to IMH, Institute of Mental Health Singapore is very strict on the laws where sleeping pills are concerned. If you have problem getting to sleep, stilnox can work. If you have problem maintaining sleep, get stilnox CR (CR stands for Controlled Release) For quality sleep, CR should help. Note that stilnox has side effects, among them sleep walking which I have experienced  You don't get from sleeping to sleep walking state. You go direct from awake to sleep walking state, from my experience where this pill is concerned. Happens when I take 4-6 pills of stilnox. I don't take stilnox anymore, and do not want to sell my current sleeping pill. Just some general info. Where sex and sleeping pills are concerned, it is how long the pills last that affects erections. You may have slept and awaken, but the pills are still working on you, just that effects are slowly fading. If you are new to it, your body will need some time to get used to it. 1 week will probably be enough. Strangely, I find that having good sex a very able substitute for sleeping pills :o:D Peace. |

One of the best ways to overcome this is to stop with the gaming and surfing late into the night. Your brain needs time to wind down. Doing things that stimulate your brain will prevent you from sleeping easily. Make it a point to sleep and wake up on time. If you wake up early for a few days, your brain will automatically want to sleep early. My suggestion is NOT to take sleeping pills to avoid developing a dependency on them. If you wake up early each day, your body will want to sleep early. Keep your room dark, quiet and cool. |
