No more new licence will be issued by AV unless DSP XXXX is replaced.

Just like 1617 & 2047 same boss, 1651 & 2062 same boss (Lorna), 1817 & ......., etc. This list goes on. :D

Hse 2047 was and is still owned by Irene and Lao Zua (snake).
They were operating it with Ah Chai before their licence got revoked in 2008.
Now Irene rents out this house to the boss of 1617 (OKT Mr Ong) for a nominal sum of $XXK.
I met Irene few times at 2047 to chit chat when she visits 2047 and I visits Jia Li.

Many bros asking Willy, Ah Yap, Gwee and Ah Hua to open another shop.
Maybe 2060 is a good location for Willy & Gwee to consider. :p

I guess you are right lah. 54A Ah Hua is damn lucky.
Some ppl juz got the luck lah. He juz sit there and shake legs also can.
Other OKTs still have to struggle to clear the rent before they can see profit.

Toking abt renting another shop to house his WLs, the last time OKT Kah Han from 2831B
also rented the opp shop to house his WLs (Niki, Dan Dan, An An & Xiao Yu)
before his licence was suspended from Jul to Oct 2011 becos of his brother, Ah Boon's mischief. :(
Subsequently, he moved to the present 1431 and AV change the rules.
His present 1431 is nicely renovated but Ah Boon cannot work for him anymore.

Since you mentioned, I remember the old chap died in L16H69 few months ago in Jan 2013.
I happened to be there and everyone was shocked. :eek:
He died after finishing his last bonk of his life.
However, the old cust at 3033 died while bonking the WL last year.
I think it happened not long after Jin Sa was sent back becos of fighting.
Some WLs told me they are afraid of using that room when they go there. :eek:

Some of my buddies dare not go to 1669 or 3033 now. Aiyoh. :rolleyes:

Since you asked this question, I guessed you must be Irene or Lao Zua's regular customer.
You must have bonked their Ang Pai, AB, Sony, Gucci or Prada. :p
I guessed you also know Ah Chai quite well. He is a nice guy. :)
Poor Ah Chai lost his job after 2047 close shop in 2008 juz months before the first PRC WL start working in GL. :(

Lao Zua and Irene were doing something which brushes with the law and AV was tip-off by an insider.
Not so nice to put the details here since Irene still owns 2047.
I think the details are not important anymore since this is history oredi. :)

AV is very strict with the OKTs and they will not hesitate to take punity action against anyone who violates the rules.

Juz dun use that room lor. Anyway, you did not cause his death mah. :)

Juz ask Bao Bao or any lao jiao WL there and they will tell u which room. :)

The newbie WLs may not know abt this incident also.
