Sperm turns color
 

I need help...

My sperm has always been whitish in color but recently, i have sex w my new gf and after having some sex session w/o condom, my sperm turns yellow in color. Is this normal? Btw, nothing itchy or rotting to my penis leh.

Also if i go to CDC Kelantan, will they be able to check cos i just have sex few days ago only. Heard must have some window period rite?

Experts here, pls advise...

Hi Devilous_sg,

We cannot establish anything here until you describe in greater details about your sexual history, your new gf sexual history. Morever, there are no obvious symptoms of any STI - that does not mean you don't have unless as some STIs are asymptomatic (no symptom). The colour of sperm does not determine anything unless you got burning sensation when you pee, or you have blood in your cum or you start seeing sore.

The window period is most commonly used for HIV infection, however that does not mean there are no window period for the rest of the STI. HIV window period is 3 months. However, yellow sperm or cum is not a symptom of HIV infection.

Also, I would like to bring to your attention that CDC stands for Communicable Disease Centre. CDC is located along Moulmein Rd, near to Tan Tock Seng Hospital. The Kelantan Lane clinic is call DSC clinic. This clinic will be able to run a variety of tests and runs like a polyclinic.

If you want annoymous HIV testing services, it is also in the same location as the DSC clinic except that on Sat afternoons and Wed nites they run testing for HIV but not other services by Action for Aids Singapore.

If you still need more help and advice, continue to post your questions, am sure all the brothers here will be willingly to provide you with support and advice...including me...

I do not have any burning sensation when pee, neither any itchiness orredness.. everything is normal except that it just changed color, tats all..

as for my new gf, she has sex with 4-5 guys b4 & but not too sure they got virus or not... however, my this gf gets wet very easily when have sex w me.. sometimes the cunt juices just flow out... she kept her it very clean, to the extent that she went to shave...

any bro got advise why it changed color? Any bro here got the same experience before on the issue of changing color???

Btw i think it's nothing lahz, maybe u nv have sex for a long time then ur sperm chaoseng... nothing one lahz, last time i also gt afew times liddat. Maybe weather? Maybe heaty? Juz continue to monitor, if still worried go see a gp :D

I have read this in the newspaper a few years back in fact is about 10+++ yrs ago. Ok the sperm is suppose to be white or milky depend what u wan to call it. If it turn yellowish most probably is u shoot too much. If you are lucky control urself dun shoot too much, it will become normal again. If not then that it's, it will be there for gd. BTW aging will also cause this but I assume that u r still young as in below 45. It happens to me when I'm still very young like 18. But I'm ok after a long rest. So gd luck.

from ur description and the other bros' experience, i say dun worry about it, the color and constitution of my semen also changes a bit every now and then. urine also change color wht :D

no need to jump the gun so fast n visit kelantan lane. in the meantime, do practice safe sex...and drink more water

shd be normal rite? mine not pure white also, can see tint of yellowish on it and think my shooting frequency is normal rate, at most twice weekly only

I think what bro said was correct as I that time shoot too many time, colour also change a bit yellowish, but later I control not too shot too often, it turn out to be watery, a lot more and white in colour. So don't scare too much about it. But if you are still feeling unease, do a check up then.

Note: The action taken by me is all pcc (shortage of cash at times) :D

mine was abit yellowish and greenish...try to shot less these few months..but still cant get the white colour....how?

i read b4 from a webpage long time ago abt this....
Could be due to "heat" as described in chinese terms.
maybe try to drink more water and not 2 have to many late nights...
But bro...if it was greenish then u better see a doctor..

Dun Worry.

Nothing one. Not your didi turn colour can liao. like what some bros previously said... might be due to long storage so change colour. can oso b u view under different lightings. lots of different reasons.

But if u 1 2 b safe then wait for 3mths then check @ DSC Clinic.
