You are almost certain that you will not get any risks from a HJ - it will not expose you to any sex diseases, however you may still want to keep your little brother clean after the hj as its personal hygiene we are talking about.

Sex diseases will come from penetrative sex. In the case if you are really unlucky, the FL may either got warts or sores on her hands. However, if these are not detected, you can be almost sure you are safe.
