Ho say liao ! Just watched the news. The two budget airlines have obtained approval to fly Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh.

It seems that JetStar Asia got rights to fly to Hanoi while Tiger Airways got rights to fly to both Hanoi and Ho Chi minh City. This is very good news for travellers. I think other airlines like VN Air, Garuda, Lion Air and SQ will all run out of business once these new budget carriers start flying soon.

Three Cheers to Cheaper Air Travel to Vietnam.

How much u guys will expect the air ticket price to be? I will think that the price will be around S$150 for return from Singapore. If fly from Vietnam, i will very much expect the price to be US$150 for return.

S$300 include tax and fees will be fair ...

SQ offer was at S$240 for 2to travel but after adding tax and fee, it was at S$351 ...
