HI bros,
currently i am already in china for 2 years. i met a great lady over and wanna marry back in singapore and settle down for the long term.

i contacted so many SG agencies on the proper procedures and stuff. basket, all refer here and refer there and still no answer.

any bros know how?

It's bcoz no one want to do this type of apprication le. PRC tio ban bigtime by ICA!

you must one big lazy bum, just go to ica website and there will loads of info there. what's so difficult about getting married and settling in singapore as long as you can find a job and earn a decent income?

There r few things which u will have to submit up first b4 u can get marry. Below r some points which might b of help to u...

1) Must clear with MOM first whether she has work in sg before or not.
2) Apply with ICA for social visit pass. Reason: planning to get marry or to come over for disussion on marriage issue.
3) (If she is able to come over) Get an ROM date asap and as fast as possible
4) (After ROM) go to ICA to apply for long term pass.

Hope the above can let u have a better understanding of it. If still need help just pm me. My ex wife is a prc too.Dun have to look for any agent do it yourself, look for agent wasting time and $

I think what she mean to ask is wether marriage that is registered in china would be deem legal and valid here in singapore. I not sure but i think answer is no.

wil tis b applicable since its nt valid: prc is nt divorced,marries a spore man,is she committin 重婚罪？

nobody in Sg will bother to go and check her history in China, therefore is only u rself will koe if she is 重婚or not lor..

You can get it recognized in sg (doing a notary of oath)but better to rom in sg as it will be easier to get LTVP approval for her .

SG gov will screen her application. But why go to agency? They only money face one larh, cut throat agent fee mostly for work permit application, student application. Get your China girl to join tour group and apply for tourist visa, come Sing already, use the time to go to ICA, ROM, fast hand fast leg, bring her go get your marriage done, remember to extend her visitor visa, less she will be charged for overstaying without proper papers.

Agreed with bro, ask her come on tourist then quickly chop chop go apply at the relevant agencies

is recognised in SG but must have the notary of oth in english.
