I have been to Rwanda. Relative to your 1mth biz trip to Uganda, It's in the highlands landlocked country with Genting-like dry cool weather most of the year. They have red-light districts, in which local women in shanty towns with USD$10-30 per pop. Virgins costs more. I do not intend to make a racist remark but cannot help it here: "literally once you off the lights, the Colgate white teeth has its luminance in the moonlight!"

The typical ppl who visit these places are truckers passing through, passing on whatever they pass through and locals... So you get the picture.

Like one of the bro mentioned, HIV and AIDS is prevalent in these parts. Mortality rate is pretty low which means they die young. I have not tried it, but walked through these places. Please be careful when venturing, you do not want to get robbed, needle poked etc and put yourself into unnecessary risk.

If you can, BYOM (bring your own mistress) along. Chinese nationals are aplenty in these places in the mines, building infrastructure and telcos. Pinays and Indians are there. You might get lucky in pubs with Pinays, indians or Chinese. But these are workers, not SYT Chio ones u get to see in orchard road.

You are best entertained there going on safaris, pubs with your colleagues, hdd of porn, body lotion (for Pcc)... Imagine the embarrassment when customs 100% spot check your luggage and pulls out the masturbating device... I was told the crime rate was very high. When my friend was there, he came back with this amazing story. He said that when the traffic lights turned red, his driver won't stop. Stopping allows people to rob you. So his car will continue to move, bumping the car in front out of the way if necessary. His time spent there was from home to office, office to home, nowhere else because an Asian looks so different from them. Easily pickings.

Not trying to be racist but if you were ever robbed and the police ask you to describe your robber, I doubt you will remember his face.
