On rental and term of contract.
Usually the rental cost a headache.
Wat kind of fitting in the shop?
Hard partition,curtain, size in sqfoot?

Bro,if your friend are doing decent and clean massage then can consider,if they want to do those hanky panky type,better think twice because wind is very very strong,i believe you dont wish to see your friend money throw into the sea.my two cent worth.No hard feeling.

Shame to see this place shut down, they had a thai lady there that was a bit crazy, but I would visit there late at night when I was drunk and she'd give me great body2body for no extra cost. BBBJ for the price of a HJ once too... I think she liked me. :cool:
