your particulars will be taken down but will not be ue, unless something else cok up, like the girl claim u rape her, she is under age or u commited other crimes... but generally, it wont hurt... not unless ur wife is working as a cop

This is the status quo at the present moment....... but it will gonna be changed in the coming future.

I have heard that the women groups have lobbied the government to change this law and the government has more or less given way to them....... and has tasked the current AG Suresh Menon to draft an amendment to the Womens' Charter to make it an offence to engage the services of a sex worker :mad:

Lets all hope Menon will take his time to draft the amendment and delay it for as long as possible.

1) They will ask is there any money given to the gal
2) if you claim that she is your galfriend.. they will ask you what is her name
and where you get to know her... they ask the gal the same question too.
3) most important the gal must hold a valid permit
4) if the gal is holding a social visit pass than there are more complications.
