you can try facebook.

search by her email, work place name, ex-school, full name, nick, or any other name you can think of her or anything you can associate with her like what she likes. for example is she likes justin bieber, you can try search justin bieber fan club singapore.

Sad to say that it's a big hint to you... that she's no longer want to contact you... Well... let her be, and carry on with your life... No point in bothering her by emailing her etc... It will only piss her off...
