got one big hurdle, so far never tell true age cos she against my age group but i manage to con with some younger than real age look:D

when register , will real age be exposed?

understand Poperty purchase by foreigner complicated

if buy through her...
saw some price minimum at 250,000 RMB (~50k)
wish i strike toto;)

how about rental
saw quite affordable at 500-800 RMB...

since u have sex or $$$ power, why don't u rent a wife i.e short time with PRC prostitute. this way u save, no commitment and your rweal age not exposed

Marry, of course marry in Singapore, why marry in PRC unless you want to move over there? Obviously when you register your marriage, your real age will be revealed.

RMB250K for a house??? That's cheap if it's in the city. Even in Fuzhou, houses there are already around RMB1 mil in the city...:p Rental for a whole house for RMB 500 - RMB 800??? Which location?:D

Even you marry you won't know the actual age unless she is below 30, anything above that the birth cert is is not correct, is more than wat ypu see.
As for buying a house in PRC, not easy for foreigner, the only way is for a local to buy and again you trust her, she won;t tell you her own age what make you think you can trust her with the house you pay for but under her name, better to rent anything goes wrong ask her to FO you won;t lose big time. Better not to ROM in SIN as you know all your $$$ in your name half will go to her.

Actually, you can check a person's age and marital status, simple detail information like DOB, Address, Married or Single, but you need the person's ID card number or passport number. Cost is not expensive, just go thru a PI in China can get it done.

it break my heart
she say if i cannot follow her parent's wishes to buy house in her hometown;
she got no choice but to find any other to settle down
i knew she would marry me if i would satisfy her parent's condition

it's just that i dont want to marry based on not love but on "house"??
and the house dont come cheap and easy... 80k SGD...where to cough up this money even if i would like to appease her parents..:(

i told her i would reply her tomorrow
although i pose her the converse question; without the house, she will not marry me (somehow she say somthing like she got no choice..) but really isn't it her choice if she really like me?:confused:

one correction is she do not know MY age:p
she got the idea i was 9 yrs her senior
yet when suggest 12 yrs her senior she sound shock
even though the real gap is even more

think in the end, the age gap may not see through the r/s
might as well use the "house " issue to stop further embarresment and heartache....
