WL ill treated and confined by WH45 boss
 

just to share with guys, cos this gal AA from WH45 have been confined in her room since last week. she's not allowed to work or go out of the hse. this is how it goes:

last week ard thursday, a customer complain AA to boss. then boss scolded her. feeling angry cos she didn't do anything wrong, she slam her door when she went in room. when she came out, boss fined her $200 which she pay up.they quarreled & as a result, boss say she' not allowed to work anymore until the day she go back thailand which is more than 1 mths time. he also threaten to fine her $2000 if she go out of the house. now every day she have to pay for her own meals.

right now AA is confined to her room feeling very helpless & sad.
i wonder if she were to leave her hse and seek help from anti vice, will she get into any trouble. who will win the case? the boss or her??
can anyone help?

No one can help her, only she can help herself.
Who cares who is in the right or in the wrong. The problem is she is the one in the loss.

Ask her to apologise to her BOSS. That is the only way I can think for her to save her "career". Otherwise she can kiss her tenure in GL goodbye.

She also don't feel like working anymore and she want to go back.
but her boss going to torture her by confining her as long as he like. don't allow her to go back thailand

That is why I say Thai girls are clever to use their body to work, clever to KC people, but stupid to think this way.

Come to singapore for what? Work and earn money. Quarrel song meh? In the end, if really she can carve a niche in thailand, she don't need to come SG. Ask her swallow her pride and apologise to her boss. She earn her money and then go back thailand a rich girl. This is what I call smart.

Ask her report to antivice.

Confining her against her will can be illegal and a serious matter, whether she was right or wrong in her behaviour. Ask boss to make her pay for her own repatriation back to Thailand. Otherwise the boss can be charged for unlawful detention if someone were to make a report.

You can help her by going there and throwing $1000 to the Boss and said that you wanna to bonk her for 25 sessions. Confirm she can leave the room immediately.

Ask her to go and report the matter to anti-vice.

Bear in mind that, First of all, her boss will deny that she has to pay $200 or that she will be fine if she leaves the room, etc, etc.

But her boss cannot deny that she is not allowed to work.

Anti-vice do not take sides. They only don't want problems and will instruct the boss to send her back.

The boss will also doesn't want her around since he knows that she is able to report to AV and also won't want more problems.

If the boss is able to somehow convince AV to be on his side, which is unlikely, tell her to go to her Thai Embassy and report that she is working in SG as a WL and have decided not to do it, and the boss lock her up to force her (need to bluff this time). She also need to bluff a story out to say she escape and the boss kept her passport.

Another way is that ask her to run away, and not go back to the house for a couple of days. Her boss will panic when she don't return on the first day. From outside, she can call her boss to inform him that she's going to the embassy and getting assistance there to bring her to AV.

Or during her absence on the first day, YOU (since you're the tirak) go to the house and informed the boss that she called you and wants to get help from embassy to go to AV, etc.

My 2 cents worth.

Yo,
the boss never ill-treat her. Think about it. Even go AV also lose the case. The boss can say this girl beat the customer and bite the customer. AV don't want STDs and AIDs to spread around will sure agree with what the Boss says.

Did the Boss beat or harm her? No.

Thats why I say, tell her eat humble pie. apologise to the boss. She can go back and work, and everything will resume to normal. 1 small matter want go AV this and that. Somemore go embassy.

Embassy staff also go GL and cheong, you think they don't know that there are thai girls in GL?

The Thai girl has her version that we don't know whether it is true. Maybe she really chao keng. Thats why we as samsters at most only TCSS here. If she want work, she go apologise to boss. If she don't want, sorry, we are not the knights in shiny armour, we cannot help her. NO point get into shitty issues with AV over her right? :cool:
