Massage oils and condoms
 

Something occurred to me the other day. I always see a warning on condoms "manuals" not to use oil based lubricants as it may weaken or damage the condom, etc. And we all know that the massage oils that all FLs and tuinas use are oil based. And before we start any FJs, they will also start playing with our didis with their oily hands to get us in the mood. So that got me wondering, are the condoms still strong enough to protect us from any STDs that the FLs or masseuse have?

What's your take on this matter?

I don't think have any risk, the amount of oil rub on the dick is quite thin :)

If she just caresses your dick with her hands, should be OK. There is minimal oil. Condoms are very strong, and it takes alot of oil to weaken it even slightly. It's only risky if she dumps a lot of oil on your dick to give you a HJ before FJ, or if she uses the oil as a lubricant. I've personally encountered both cases before.

condoms even when properly wear cannot protect you against all STDs. e.g herpes

I ever experienced a mistake when a dumb man used massage oil on his condom. We continued to have sex. After some minutes when I felt dry and asked him to apply more lubricant, then I realised he had actually applied oil. The condom wasn't broken. Anyway I asked him to change a new condom and he did. After he came and pulled out, then I realised that there must be some oil inside me. Oh... worry! Luckily nothing happened.

Funny. I ever had 2 thin condoms used properly but broken. They were not used with oil.

Just don't use them. It will break down the structure of Latex Condoms and weaken them, you may not see it but it is happening. In worse cases, the condoms gave way and snapped.

The same goes to petroleum jelly, vaseline. That's also why people use Water based lub.

how about swapping the oil to those lubricant? i guess it does the same thing.

On the other hand, will extra safe (thicker) condoms help in this context?

I think all condoms are already lubricated, but some have more (more wet) and some have less (less wet).

Some thin condoms are quite dry, and I feel more concern when using them.

I have had sex many times using a condom and some oil was on as my partner had oil on her hands...the condom never broke.

However, to be safe, use KY jelly or Durex water based lubes...that would be ok. Or, masturbate until wet, then insert the penis...

2 condoms? that being a bit paranoid...:eek:

Sis, must be you are very tight else with the love juices as lubricant shouldn't be a problem. Your bf or fb must be a lucky chap. Do be careful and if you wan security buy Durex condom got one call extra protection white packaging. Opps i meant ask your guy get that.

Btw, care to share which ultra thin u used so we can avoid. Durex featherlight or okatomo 007? Else ulu brand.

It was Ansell ultra thin, an Australian brand.
