Singapore laws wrt to being naked in your own apartment
 

Bros and sis ... would anyone know what are the laws in Singapore about being naked in your apartment. If I happen to me naked at home and my neighbours see me, can they sue me for indecent exposure? I remember there was an ang moh who got sued ... but I am not sure. Anyone care to shed some light?

Huh like that also can?? Can't you counter suer for intruding on your prvacy then cause they are looking into your house

singapore is a very conservative and FINED country. So don't try stuff like this.

Use the reasonableness test - if there is reasonable chance that ppl will see u naked and u know it, then being naked equals flashing n u will be in problem. If otherwise, then u r safe.

In other words, if u r naked n u leave ur windows wide open, then u r asking for trouble lol.

But if u see a pretty babe doing that, pls let me know lol. ;)

If you are a Gal, walking naked in your apartment is not a crime. Whoever peeped at you if caught will be hauled to court for peeping.

But if you are a Guy, walking naked in your apartment will be a crime if someone caught you doing so by looking (peeping) into your unit!! :D

Being naked and if can be SEEN from outside yr unit is NOT ALLOW in our law context. Be it male or female. If naked at home, draw down the curtains (not transparent type). Once the curtain is down, do whatever you want.
