hmm...if thats the case i can say either your dick is too small or your foreskin might be too flabby..maybe its not seasoned? try masturbating regularly and see...it might be good if you circumcise...more vunerable to STD/HIV if u don't....and remember
pull down the foreskin to clean at the interior to prevent buildup of the cheezy stuff...they maybe prone to infection..best bet is visit a DR and let him see cos iam not one...dun have to be shy cos doctors are used to seeing this kind of stuffs....

It's not abnormal. And don't anyhow circumcise based on advice from ppl here. You should only do it because of medical necessity, i.e. recommended by doctor.

But beware, doctors are actually split into 2 groups. Those who feel circumcision is cleaner and those who think circumcision will lead to easier infection of the penis if the protective foreskin is removed. Nowadays, more and more doctors are from the latter group.

my guess would be no. how the foreskin of your penis behaves really depends on the individual. but if you have your doubts, i would advise you to consult a doctor. otherwise, just use your common sense.

Hey, you juz need to pull back the foreskin during shower and try to wash the interior. this might hurt initially but once the foreskin get elastic enough, you will feel alright.

but am juz wondering whether you are a virgin cose if your skin didn't retract when erected, how you put on a condom (if you use one) when you have sex? no offence intended, juz my 1 cent worth of comments.

if u really dun have any problem with sex..most probably is only hygiene lor...go see doctor, most probably he will recommend circumcise...

The skin is probably too tight. easily get infection if not cleaned & washed properly.

Mine is uncircumcised, need to wash regularly, if not stinko after one hot day.. the piss and the sweat...

Your condition in medical term, if I'm not wrong is known as phymosis or sound like that. I had the same condition as you until after my marriage. Although, I can pull back the skin to clean but it smell quite quickly, almost as soon as you wash it. This irritates me alot especially my love partner who something refused to do blow job bcos of the smell. So, one day for the sake of hygience, I circumcised it. That was 18 years ago and thereafter I enjoy every moment of sex bcos its cleaner and more sensitive to stimulation.

While most circumcised bcos of religion like the Jews and Muslims, we Chinese circumcise for sake of a more hygienic dick. Nevertheless, it's your own decision whether you should or should not. Cheers....
