Where to get sleeping pill?
 

I have already taken too much sleeping pill from the hospital.

I am wondering if there is any way to get more?

I have been having insomnia.

Cyanide will kill you. It will be a permanent sleep. I'd stay away from that if I were you. :eek:

Try the 4-7-8 method to fall asleep naturally.

Put down your phone, darken your room. Wear blindfold and earplugs if necessary.

Inhale for 4 seconds. Hold your breath for 7 seconds. Exhale for 8 seconds. In 5 minutes you will feel sleepy.
