I did remember in the good ol delphi days, people tend to scare the rest with such talks on health issues. Though we should take note but we should also try to prevent the anxiety of the poor brother who may be seeking some form of help to make him feel better. Often than not, I think he feels worse more than better.

The only advise I can give is go for IMMEDIATE MEDICAL ATTENTION. The dick is more important.
